For using the air-condition you will be charged according to the Kilowatts (Kwh) consumed, 1 Kilowatt is 1€ (it is around 1€ per hour, at 25C). For overnight use, an average price is around 6€. This price may seem high but compared with other hotels, our air-conditioners work 24 hours per day (in other hotels there is internal air-conditioning working 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon), and the minimum temperature is 16 C˚ (in other hotels is 25 C˚) and the guest can adjust the temperature individually, throughout the day.

There are telephones in most rooms and a thorough bill can be printed in the reception.

Safety boxes are in every room and are free of charge.

For any advance reservations during the High and Intermediate Season, a deposit of 25% of the total room price is required. In High and Intermediate Season, refunds can be made for guests who made a booking and cancelled it 21 days prior to arrival. Otherwise the guest will pay for the first two nights.

Babies under two years old can stay in the hotel for free.

Check out time is 12:00pm and check in is at 14:00pm. These times can be flexible depending on availability and arrival time, but should always consult in advance with the hotel manager. If the customer stays in the room further than 12:00pm until 18:00pm, he or she has to pay half the room price. For stay longer than 18:00pm, it is considered that the guest will stay for a whole day.

The period between 23rd of July and 22st of August is the High Season. .This period is when the majority of the Greeks and other guests are on holidays, so prices rise sharply and availability becomes scarce. Especially for the first two weeks in August, make sure to book in advance.
